This week: The Physical
Heart

Laughter
has wonderful benefits and is a healthy and happy form of cardiac exercise. In
the manner in which we lead the laughter exercises the heart rate increase and
when we keep the process moving for at least 15 minutes, the heart gets a workout
and the inner workings of our body release tightness and tension so that oxygen
and blood flow circulate more effectively.
This
week our focus is on the healthy aspects of the physical heart. In the following
weeks of February we will also experience the benefits for the Emotional Heart
of our relationships, The Cognitive Heart of the mind and the spiritual heart
of the soul.In this way by the end of the month you will begin to learn that there
is more to laughter than first meets the eye, in particular the way we offer exercises.
The
word Heart will come to mean Happy-Exciting-Amazing-Real-Truth as we surely get
to the heart of the matter and beat in tune with the rhythm that is uniquely right
for you!
Get
Heart Happy and Healthy with us every week. This week Laughter Leader Jan Dubick
will celebrate the heart in some healthy and happy ways. Join in and bring a friend.

connection.
This workshop is open to any two people who wish to have a better
connection and relationship with each other. Whether it is your spouse, partner,
sibling, friend or other association... this workshop will leave you feeling great
about yourself and more connected and aware of the other person in your life.

This week: The Emotional Heart
Laughter
has a hearty and healthy effect on the emotions lifing the attitude
and shifting the mood. Often after a laughter exercise, individuals
are surprised how easy it was to let go of a sad or mad disposition
just by following along with laughter. It's easy to do and there
is truly no right or wrong way to do it. That makes it easy
for everyone to enjoy and boost their physical aspect along
with their emotional outlook.
Whether
you are alone or part of a couple, our laughter exercises lend themselves to develop
the individual so that they can more joyfully be part of a relationship with others,
whether it is a spouse, partner, friend, parent, sibling, or coworker, relationships
can thrive when laughter is alive.
Join
Lynda Tourloukis tonight for an hour of love and laughter as she is just returning
from leading a Laughing Retreat in Georgia and the Laughter for the Lovers Soul
Workshop. She has lots to share in the name of love and laughter and wants everyone
to go home loving themselves and others more tonight.... no matter the circumstance
they are currently in.
Everyone
is welcome, this is a complimentary service to the community. Workshops and trainings

This week: The Mindful Heart

Celebrating
the Birthday of Erma Bombeck
Humor
is typically centered in the mind, though a mindful heart can
have lots of laughter too.
Laughter helps to clear the mind of all the distractions, tension,
anxieties and worries. When you want to focus more effectively,
take your mind off what your heart is fretting about and put
your heart into laughter. You will be more focused and clear
in short order and often dismissed the problems too.
Studies have shown that laughter in the classroom is a great
way to increase effectiveness as 10-15 minutes of laughter before
a test can relieve the tension and anxiety that accompany test
taking. We've laughed with colleges before final exams and mid
terms to illustrate this point.
Everyone
is welcome, this is a complimentary service to the community. Workshops and trainings

This week: The Soulful Heart

Celebrating
Leap Year with a Leap of Laughter
A
joyful soul can be created with hearty laughter and when practiced
regularly can take the indivdiual from mere happy situations
to the essence of joyfulness. The key is the regular practice
and that is what our club is all about, the practice and development
of our muscle of mirth. Laughter has quite an energetic quality
from the physical way we feel when engaging in the exercise
to the spirited and soulful peacefulness that comes over individuals.
This
week enjoy the soulful pursuits of laughter and fill yourself
up with what feels good and what tickles your inner spirit of
joy. Laughter Exercises followed by our amusing laughing meditation
and our very soulful guided relaxation create one very joyful
and peaceful experience for all.
