May is National Meditation Month and we celebrated weekly with new ways of enjoying laughing meditation with benefit and feeling. May kicked off with 13th Annual World Laughter Day on May 1st, followed by Mothers Day and our Founders birthday. We capped off the month by our annual parade presence in the Memorial Day Parade with World Peace Through Laughter!


Decorate your life with laughter!

April is National Humor Month. We celebrated our third anniversary on April Fool's Day. Our leaders attended the AATH Conference in Florida. Tax Day was a stretch were with a little chocolate, lots of laughter and a few fun deductions we all received a happy rate!


Laughter goes with every outfit...don't get stressed without it!

March brought us International Mirth Month where we honored the dancer, the leprechaun and got a little Seussical again. Fun Folk learned to get Amazing with themselves and others in our workshop of joy.


Into our laugh a little windy weather blew more fun!

February brought about the affairs of the heart. Laughing and opening up the heart centered joyfulness in everyone. Couples of laughter, relationships and more. February was about laughing in connection with others.


Fun, Games, Freeing and Flowing....Laughter set the tone!

In January we began the year with our traditional Fruit Cake Fling. Meeting in Hodges Park this time, we braved the chilly weather, warmed up and smiled for the camera! Celebrating Resolution Bust Day, The Great Belly Bounce on National Belly Laugh Day and the great Blizzard of the Midwest!


Indoor or Outdoor...the laughter continues to create joy!

December if full of gifts when one takes the opportunity to look around for them. This month we celebrated the kick off of "Laugh It Off" for 2011. We celebrated the Jolly Daze of Laughter with fun friends and we celebrated party style

Get together and chuckle the contagiousness right into your body for a hollier and jollier end to the year!

Sharing the Laughter in New Harmony and celebrating a whole day of Laughter with the fun folks at O'Hare Airport.... twelve hours of laughter!

Indoor or outdoor...laughter loves to fall onto faces and the contagious nature helps it to spread to others.

We celebrated the first ever Laugh Fest in Park Ridge! Celebrating with laughter enthusiasts from all regions of the word... we created a happier and healthier attitude for our community, just by laughing together for one whole weekend

World Smile Day, Laughter Training and visits from those nearby added to this festive month of fun and frolic

September brought along some laughter with inmates, laughter with soulmates and many fun laughter states...giggling, snickering, guffawing, etc

Leaders celebrated from Park Ridge to Albuquerque for the Laughter Conference, to Chicago and suburbs.

In August we celebrate National Smile Month and find a new way to smile every day. Laughter on the phone continued everyday, though our laughter leaders were all traveling so we did something we have never done....went on vacation!

Whether we went on vacation or celebrated staycation this year... we found something to smile and laugh about and benefitted in our body, mind and soul.

Every day we laughed one Minute More to create a building of Laughter Force in the Body! We oxygenated the Body, Cleared the Mind, Relaxed the Muscles and drove the happy hormones inward while...you guessed it...releasing stress!

Celebrating Independence Day, A fun and Frolic Friday, and a Showing of Laughology rounded out our month of fun!

Celebrating the YOYO... the Solstice and laughing with your Dad,
we brought Laughology into June as well as the celebration of the Happy Birthday Song

National Candy Month brought out the Sweet opportunities for Snickers, Chuckles, Laffy Taffy and Jolly Ranchers... Celebrating the National Hollerin Contest and When Pigs Fly Fun Days!

World Laughter Day in Park Ridge and Chicago was a Joint Effort of frolic and fun and once again we made headlines in the news!

We were delightfully surprised when the International Founder of Laughter Yoga visited Chicago and our Laughter Club!

Shamrocks, Seussical Fun, Barbie and the BootCamp were all our preoccupation during the International Month of Mirth on Earth

We celebrated the Ides of Laughter, Leprecaun Laughter, Finished up our Boot Camp and the beginning of Spring Flinging Season!

We enjoyed the Health and Wellness Bootcamp that began in February
Heart Healthy Month and Valentines of Laughter too!

We had a little Olympic Laughter combined with the Barbie Day and a Heart Healthy Focus all month to kick off our BootCamp of Health and Wellness focus

We celebrated our 2nd annual Fruit Cake Fling and got goal oriented with LaughterCise...the fun fit way to bring in our 2010

We dined...we decorated and we celebrated the five weeks of laughter
all month long! From our decorations in Hodges Park with the Laughter Tree to our Chuckle Countdown Calendar and our laughter chorus we celebrated!

We celebrated volunteers - We partied with the clowns - we laughed each week to a new theme of December Ho Ho Holidays!

We celebrated a Minute of Joy Fullness every day in September to bring up a double dose of Joy for those who are challenged by illness and loss.

We enjoyed the Rocky Mountain National Park of Estes Park, Colorado
